The landscape photography world is awash in wide-angle grand landscape shots. And while these kinds of photos certainly can be awe-inspiring and WOW-inducing, they often miss out on the intimacy and mystery that accompany nature’s small moments. And for me personally, telephoto landscapes are my favorite to produce because they are so personal. In this presentation I will talk about 7 principles that I’ve discovered that make the biggest difference when it comes to crafting engaging telephoto shots.
