In this presentation I will be talking about how curiosity fuels creativity and ways in which I used curiosity, exploration, and experimentation to usher ideas through my creative process and help overcome some of my biggest creative struggles. This is not a presentation about technique, rather, it is a presentation about getting in touch with your own personal motivations and discovering ways to create work that means something to you. It’s my hope that by the end of this presentation that you think of photography in a different way, a way that’s more emotionally and mentally beneficial and one that inspires you to photograph in a way that’s personally rewarding and meaningful, and that it ultimately deepens your relationship with yourself and the things that you shoot.
While I am a nature photographer, this presentation can be helpful to photographers of any genre.
