Mental Health and the Benefits of Photography

Is there anything more important than having a calm mind? Clear, uncluttered, relaxed. Having lived inside my own head for over 50 years I know first hand how challenging but can be to get a good nights sleep, deal with anxiety, panic, fear, or depression. Landscape photography was always my release; an escape from the tornado of thoughts and adrenaline charged nightmares.
